Our small group classes are a fun way to improve your health and fitness and get moving, in a welcoming and safe community with like minded people.

We currently offer 26 classes each and every week. All exercise programs are designed and overseen by an accredited Exercise Physiologist to fit your specific condition, needs and abilities.
​
The classes are 45-60 minutes and class sizes are limited to 5-8 people. This allows for us to work closely with you within the session, providing guidance on technique, leading to greater achievement of your health goals.

GROUP CLASSES
Classes Explained:
YRU - YOUNG AND THE REST OF US
This class is for those over 55 years old. The program includes mobility, cardio, strength and balance.
​
CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Individualised exercise program specific to your condition and goals. Conditions commonly seen in class are osteoarthritis, recovery from hip and knee replacements, CFS and diabetes. The class utilises Pilates equipment such as Reformers, Wunda Chair and Cadillac, as well as cable machines, free weights, bikes, treadmill and small equipment to achieve your goals.

MOVE FOR LIFE
A circuit-based class suitable for all ages and fitness levels including cardio, strength, mobility and balance.

WORTH THE WEIGHTS
Worth the Weights is a resistance and balance exercise program designed to strengthen bone and muscle, ideal for those who have osteoporosis, osteopenia, early menopause or taking medications that put them at risk of low bone density.​​​​

CORE - CORRECTIVE
Individualised exercise programming tailored to each client's specific conditions and goals. Focusing on injury rehabilitation and health condition management, the class uses advanced Pilates and small gym equipment to aid recovery and improve functional capacity.
CORE - MOBILITY
Designed to enhance flexibility, emphasising gentle, flowing movements to help you move with greater ease and comfort. Utilising advanced Pilates and small gym equipment, our program ensures a comprehensive approach to improving your range of motion and overall well-being. Suitable for beginners through to advanced.

CORE - SMALL EQUIPMENT
Discover a dynamic and engaging class designed to enhance your fitness journey using small equipment such as the magic circle, foam roller, Swiss ball, BOSU, and resistance bands. Perfect for all abilities, this class offers a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and balance training.
CORE - CIRCUIT
This class leverages the power of advanced Pilates equipment and small gym equipment, in a circuit-based class to deliver a comprehensive and effective exercise experience. Ideal for all abilities, this class focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall functional fitness through carefully crafted exercise stations.​​

Classes are a great affordable long-term option to keep up with your weekly exercise routine whilst receiving regular advice and support from our team.
All participants in group classes are required to complete a pre-screening initial assessment. During the assessment we obtain your medical history, review your movement and work with you one on one with our equipment. It also allows us to individualise exercises for you as much as possible within a group setting, as exercise is not a one size fits all!
